NOTE: Support comes in either 8x5 or 24x7 options. The 24x7 Option is included within the security suites. Otherwise, as a standalone option, support includes, for the length of the contract purchased:
- Firmware Updates,
- SonicWall Phone Support, &
- Advanced Hardware Replacement (If SonicWall support can't resolve a functionality issue remotely, they should issue an RMA for that unit & express ship a replacement unit to arrive in 1-2 business days.
